Senior CRM Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior CRM Consultant with deep HubSpot expertise, the full-time role will partner with clients to design and implement scalable CRM solutions across HubSpot and Creatio, guiding them through the entire CRM journey from discovery to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Propose solutions linked to client business needs and manage project timelines effectively
- Develop and implement CRM solutions based on client requirements and standard applications
- Train and mentor junior consultants while actively participating in business development activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in a professional services firm or relevant private industry experience
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring HubSpot solutions for clients
- Experience leading CRM implementation activities including discovery, configuration, and training
- Familiarity with configuring HubSpot hubs, workflows, and integrations to support business processes
