Senior CRM Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizations in transforming customer engagement, the full-time Senior CRM Consultant will leverage deep HubSpot expertise to design and implement scalable CRM solutions, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams in both HubSpot and Creatio environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Propose and develop solutions based on client needs while managing project timelines and deliverables
• Lead end-to-end CRM implementation activities, including discovery, configuration, testing, and training
• Train and mentor junior consultants while participating in business development activities as a subject matter expert

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in a professional services firm or relevant private industry experience, including 1+ year in professional services
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring HubSpot solutions
• Experience with end-to-end HubSpot and/or Creatio implementations, including all related activities
• Proficiency in configuring HubSpot hubs, workflows, and integrations to support client processes
