Senior CRM Developer

Job Summary

Driving continuous improvement in a fully remote capacity, the Senior CRM Developer will take full ownership of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform environment, managing daily administration, user setups, and security roles while collaborating with business leaders and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal owner for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform ecosystem, managing daily administration and user setups
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable system configurations, developing custom model-driven apps and Power Automate solutions
• Oversee bidirectional data integrations between the CRM and enterprise applications, actively monitoring data quality and troubleshooting synchronization failures

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM administration, development, and production support
• Deep functional and technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Automate
• Proven ability to develop CRM customizations using C#, JavaScript, and REST/Dataverse Web APIs
• Demonstrated background in system integrations and managing structured deployments across multiple environments
• A secure remote workspace with a hardwired ethernet connection, residing in an approved US state
