Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time salaried Senior CRO, Affiliate Marketing opportunity focused on executing high-impact landing page and funnel tests to optimize performance across high-traffic campaigns in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform continuous high-impact optimizations across device types and user journeys, including copy and UI/UX enhancements
• Ensure error-free implementation of tests and optimizations, following specifications and tracking accurately
• Summarize and document test results clearly to inform future optimizations and collaborate cross-functionally for efficient launch preparations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing or CRO execution role
• Strong understanding of direct response mechanics and high-volume testing environments, preferably in financial services or similar lead form categories
• Experience running A/B tests, QA'ing launches, and reporting on test outcomes
• Working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Looker
• Proven ability to optimize lead form pages end-to-end with a focus on UI/UX
