Job Summary
Supporting the Culture Transformation team, the full-time Senior Culture Transformation Partner will translate enterprise culture priorities into actionable resources, manage change initiatives, and analyze employee engagement feedback, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate culture priorities into manager guides and team activities to support leadership practices
- Plan and deliver change activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise culture approaches
- Review engagement survey results to identify themes and develop actionable engagement plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Culture Transformation, Change Management, or related disciplines
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide organizational change and culture initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work across global and cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Strong project management and coordination skills
