Senior Customer Account Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Customer Account Specialist will establish and maintain relationships with Trust Accounting clients, providing comprehensive reconciliation services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Compare and reconcile financial records to ensure accuracy between escrow accounting ledgers and bank statements
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial data, collaborating with clients to resolve complex issues
• Maintain the integrity of financial data through thorough analysis and problem-solving

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in reconciliation, accounting, or auditing, preferably in the mortgage or title insurance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn custom software
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with financial software and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
