Senior Customer Architect
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Customer Architect to work remotely in a full-time capacity, this role will manage customer implementations and adoption strategies for the Harness AppSec portfolio, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the platform while providing hands-on technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical owner of customer implementations and adoption programs across the Harness AppSec portfolio
- Develop strategic account success plans and provide hands-on technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle
- Proactively analyze customer usage data to identify trends, adoption gaps, and optimization opportunities
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting within the technology industry
- 5+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Prior experience in security engineering and application security is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering is preferred
