Senior Customer Business Partner
Job Summary
To support the development and execution of joint business plans, the full-time Senior Customer Business Partner will manage relationships with Meijer's leadership team, drive category growth strategies, and ensure alignment across various internal teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead collaboration among cross-functional teams to execute an Omni-channel Joint Business Plan (JBP) that meets financial goals
- Develop and implement best-in-class distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising programs to support growth strategies
- Analyze business performance to track progress towards objectives and develop corrective actions as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business, customer management, and customer development
- Proficient in customer, category, and trade management
- Experience in the CPG industry, preferably with Meijer as a customer
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
