Senior Customer Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Owning the content and programs that keep veterinary clinics informed and engaged, the full-time Senior Customer & Content Marketing Manager will develop communications, manage case studies, and create educational resources for pet parents in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and write communications about new features and product updates for clinics
• Identify customer success stories and produce case studies for marketing purposes
• Develop and manage engagement programs that recognize and reward the clinic community

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or community marketing, preferably in B2B software or healthcare
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Proven experience managing content or marketing programs from concept to launch
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and workstreams
• Experience producing video content and coordinating production processes
