Senior Customer Success Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic partner to enterprise clients, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, optimize campaign performance, and drive customer engagement and retention in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise clients
• Drive loyalty strategy and performance by developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention
• Deliver data-driven insights through analysis of campaign performance and marketing KPIs, providing actionable recommendations for optimization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, or a related client-facing role within MarTech, SaaS, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of email marketing, marketing automation, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle strategies
• Experience managing enterprise client relationships and serving as a strategic advisor to senior marketing stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple client accounts and competing priorities
