Senior Cybersecurity Consultant

Job Summary

To support client engagements, the full-time Senior Cybersecurity Consultant will lead SIEM design and implementation, provide technical advisory on Microsoft security solutions, and produce client-ready delivery artifacts, all while operating remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engagements by leading SIEM design and implementation, including analytics rules and automation playbooks
• Design and build custom detection content aligned to client threat profiles and operationalize Microsoft Defender XDR
• Facilitate workshops to capture client requirements and produce comprehensive design and build artifacts

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in senior consulting or professional-services delivery with client engagement ownership
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel engineering, including analytic rule design and optimization
• Familiarity with producing detection design records (AIR DDRs) for use case scenarios
• Experience with Microsoft Defender XDR in a detection or SOC-integration context
• Hands-on configuration experience with Microsoft Purview in a security or compliance context
