Job Summary
Designing and implementing medium-scale security systems, the full-time Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will focus on enhancing security solutions, configuring controls for security tools, and executing system testing, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design components of complex security solutions in alignment with cybersecurity objectives
- Configure and develop controls for security tools to enhance system defenses
- Continuously monitor and tune security systems to improve threat detection and mitigation
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience, or 7 years of combined higher education and work experience
- Intermediate understanding of security system development and infrastructure lifecycle
- Proven experience with tools utilized in assigned Cybersecurity functions
- Ability to translate architecture into technical requirements
- Proficient level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
