Senior Cybersecurity IAM Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on extending and enhancing Identity Access Management (IAM) services, the full-time Senior Cybersecurity IAM Engineer will manage and maintain IAM technologies, ensuring compliance with best practices while collaborating with stakeholders to support integration and operational needs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and approve business requirements for IAM systems, translating security design into technical functions and configurations
• Document and maintain security systems, including change management processes, to ensure successful implementation of system changes and upgrades
• Evaluate and recommend new system products, providing technical architecture information to support IT strategic plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; CISSP certification can substitute for the degree
• Four years of related work experience in information security, preferably in large-scale operations
• In-depth knowledge of IAM systems, Active Directory, and relevant security software
• Experience with SAML and cloud authentication SSO integration preferred
• Information Security Industry certification (e.g., ISC2, GIAC, ISACA) preferred
