Owning product cybersecurity frameworks and coordinating high-value initiatives, the full-time Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager will enhance program health and deliver effective services to internal customers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and assess product cybersecurity frameworks and maturity models to identify gaps and prioritize improvements
- Coordinate complex initiatives requiring technical analysis, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate program health and performance, translating technical information into actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles or at a cybersecurity company
- Demonstrated experience in technical program management, consulting, or security engineering
- Experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks and maturity models, such as NIST CSF or BSIMM
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools like Jira or Git
- Ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization
