Job Summary
To enhance healthcare application quality, the remote Senior Cypress Automation Engineer will design, develop, and execute automated testing solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Cypress, focusing on regression test cases
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into test strategies and detailed test cases
- Perform functional, regression, API, and database testing while managing defects and preparing test-execution reports
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in functional testing, including test planning and defect management
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cypress for automated test script development
- Strong experience in API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare application testing with knowledge of healthcare processes
- Experience with database validation using Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server
