Senior Damage Resource Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Damage Managers, the full-time Senior Damage Resource Manager will oversee damage management activities across Airport and Off-Airport Operations, ensuring efficient damage identification, tracking, recovery, and collection processes while collaborating with the Director of Damage Field Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the damage recovery and collection process to achieve financial objectives
• Implement process improvements and system enhancements for effective damage management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all damage-related claims and inquiries within the division

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in rental car, fleet, collision, or automotive operations
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CCC software is a plus
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
