Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
Providing analytical support for innovative business initiatives, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will focus on reporting, business performance analysis, and strategic decision support while working remotely with the Emerging Markets team within Claims Control.
Key responsibilities
- Transform complex data into actionable recommendations to guide business strategy and operational decisions
- Partner with business leaders to identify emerging risks, challenges, and opportunities across various business areas
- Establish foundational reporting, performance metrics, and analytical frameworks for new or evolving initiatives
Required qualifications
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with a minimum of three years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Snowflake for querying and analyzing large datasets
- Proficiency in analytical programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS
- Experience with visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau for designing dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations
