Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working full-time in a remote or hybrid environment, the Senior Data Analyst will produce standard and ad hoc reporting packages to provide insights into leave of absence, disability, and life insurance for employers, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client value through innovative reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver claims reporting packages and dashboards for employers as part of the customer business team
• Conduct analysis for annual and ad-hoc reporting, including industry and benchmark analysis
• Maintain analytic services templates and documentation while participating in internal meetings to present data visualizations

Required qualifications

• BA or BS degree in a quantitative field
• Basic understanding of health, disability, and life data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Basic programming knowledge in R or Python and familiarity with SQL/query tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex data to diverse audiences
