Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the analytics needs of the Product teams, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will perform complex data analysis, generate actionable insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to influence strategic company goals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform analysis on complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends for product and executive leadership
• Collaborate with the product team to analyze user behavior, product performance, and develop dashboards and KPIs
• Identify opportunities for data-driven insights that enhance the company's long-term strategy and align analytics initiatives with organizational objectives

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in product, strategy, or growth analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience in building and maintaining data models and dashboards
• Familiarity with experiment design, A/B testing, and causal inference methodologies
• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to both technical peers and executive audiences
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
