Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing Data Analytics team, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will analyze large datasets to guide decision-making for the B2C Marketing team, focusing on customer acquisition, retention strategies, and data-driven recommendations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build a comprehensive understanding of customer journeys through the digital ecosystem
- Analyze customer churn and drive strategies for acquisition and conversion optimization
- Partner with stakeholders to define key metrics and create user-friendly dashboards for strategic insights
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or related analytical field
- Advanced database and data transformation skills, preferably with Snowflake and dbt
- Strong expertise in data visualization and dashboard development (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience in analyzing customer pathways and identifying areas for experimentation
- Proficiency in BigQuery and Google Analytics, with knowledge of GA4 event tracking
