Job Summary
Leading the delivery of actionable insights, the full-time Senior Data Analyst, Enterprise Analytics will design and execute complex analytics initiatives, mentor analysts, and partner with senior leadership to drive data-informed strategies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to frame business problems and deliver analytical solutions that withstand decision-making pressure
- Design and maintain semantic models and reporting frameworks that serve multiple departments, ensuring performance and reusability
- Architect and manage enterprise-level dashboards, focusing on long-term accuracy and maintainability while documenting analyses and metric logic
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in analytics or data-focused roles with accountability for deliverables from framing through delivery
- Advanced fluency with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and experience with complex query work
- Proficiency in using code (e.g., Python) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
- Experience designing and maintaining semantic models that cater to multiple audiences with varying needs
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related quantitative discipline
