Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Open Negotiation Notice and related operations, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will investigate data discrepancies, build and maintain dashboards, and identify emerging trends while collaborating with multiple teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards tracking task volume, aging, and throughput across various operations
• Investigate flagged data discrepancies to establish root causes and identify patterns behind recurring issues
• Communicate findings and support capacity planning by modeling projected volume against current staffing levels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a reporting, business analyst, or operations analyst role, ideally in healthcare or claims operations
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools
• Familiarity with the No Surprises Act or healthcare payor/claims operations preferred
