Job Summary
Seeking a meticulous Senior Data Analyst for a fully remote position who will manage data analytics and reporting, collaborate with internal and client-facing teams, and ensure alignment across analytics initiatives, performance measurement, and key insights.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain datasets for automated reporting solutions and program performance measurement
- Design and implement program performance datasets and co-develop dashboards to visualize key SLA measurements and KPIs
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security while collaborating on healthcare analytics initiatives with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare reporting
- Advanced skills in SQL and Python, with experience in database management
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Strong understanding of healthcare metrics and reporting requirements
