Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the data needs of clinical, operational, and leadership teams, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will gather requirements, produce reliable analytic datasets, and present findings to drive decision-making in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of analytic needs for internal teams and external clients, from quick-turn questions to long-term engagements
• Designing and delivering analyses that address business and clinical questions, ensuring thorough documentation and reproducibility
• Validating results, investigating anomalies, and communicating findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least three years of data analytics experience, or a master's degree with independent research experience
• Demonstrated experience with healthcare data analytics and knowledge of standard healthcare code sets and data structures
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in at least one analytic or statistical tool beyond SQL (e.g., Python, R)
• Experience building data visualizations and dashboards using modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Track record of delivering maintainable and well-documented analytic work
