Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
Resourceful and independent, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will perform deep data analysis to uncover trends and support business decisions, utilizing SQL and strong quantitative skills while working in a flexible environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently analyze complex datasets to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and interpret results
- Enhance existing analytical models and business logic to improve workflows and decision-making processes
- Communicate findings effectively to tell the business story behind the data
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL with strong quantitative and data analysis skills
- Experience in healthcare, PBM, or pharmacy sectors is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently and tackle unfamiliar problems or datasets
- Familiarity with GCP/BigQuery and Alteryx is preferred; knowledge of Python is beneficial
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and storytelling capabilities
