Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the expansion of Consumer Experience Scoring, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will manage and manipulate structured data, develop business intelligence tools, and present actionable insights to senior leadership while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage structured data to build business intelligence tools and conduct analysis for pattern recognition and trend identification
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tools, models, and visualizations that support organizational data requirements
• Package data insights and generate presentations that effectively communicate analysis to facilitate investment decisions by business leaders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data storytelling, and creating visualizations for executive-level insights
• Experience with terabyte-sized datasets and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or D3JS
• Expert-level skills in Snowflake, Databricks, and SQL
• Advanced Excel skills, including building automated models and dashboards for large datasets
