Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Data Analyst will independently lead complex analyses, build predictive models, and integrate data from various sources to inform strategic decisions in the Corporate Benefits Department.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced analytics to support operational decisions across health benefits programs
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for business collaborators
• Lead high-impact analytics initiatives to influence benefits strategy through data-driven storytelling

Required qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or
• A Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience, or
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
• Strong understanding of big data concepts and experience with SQL and analytical programs (e.g., SAS, R, Python)
• Advanced experience in developing predictive and statistical models using large datasets
