Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support healthcare technology initiatives, the remote Senior Technical Business Systems/Data Analyst will conduct business discovery sessions, analyze data and requirements, and create detailed functional and technical documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business discovery sessions and analyze requirements with stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, maintaining detailed documentation
- Collaborate with Data Modelers, Data Engineers, and Development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Degree (BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc) or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and advanced SQL expertise
- Experience in creating detailed technical documentation, including PDDs and Source-to-Target Mappings
- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements
- Prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Product Owner is preferred
