Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
Updating U.S. News and World Report rankings dashboards, the part-time temporary Senior Data Analyst will scrape and clean data, coordinate with the Engineering team for dashboard testing, and provide project updates while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Scrape and download necessary data for rankings dashboards
- Clean data and impute missing values to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with the Engineering team to test and publish dashboards
Required qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience
- 5-8 years of experience in quantitative research and analysis in a higher education setting
- Experience reconstructing U.S. News and World Report rankings
- Proficiency in data visualization software, including Power BI
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and statistical analysis software like R
