Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance product performance and operational effectiveness, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will analyze complex datasets using SQL and Databricks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and business leaders to define KPIs and measurement frameworks for products and programs
- Analyze product performance and member behavior, conducting deep-dive analyses to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop recurring analytical views and reporting to support product and business teams in monitoring performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or business analytics
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets
- Strong experience using Databricks or similar cloud data platforms
- Demonstrated experience in developing KPIs, metrics, and measurement frameworks
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
