Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
Driving agency compensation strategies for the Commercial Lines business, the full-time remote Senior Data Analyst will collaborate with account managers to deliver analytical insights and design account-specific incentive programs.
Key responsibilities
- Support contingency compensation and incentive programs tailored to Commercial Lines
- Collaborate with account managers to provide analytical insights related to compensation for high-value accounts
- Design, implement, and maintain account-specific incentives, such as app incentives and commission overrides
Required qualifications
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and three years of experience
- Advanced SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting large datasets
- Experience with Snowflake or other modern cloud data warehouse platforms
- Proficiency in developing dashboards and reports using Tableau
- Ability to present data-driven insights effectively to various stakeholders
