Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance patient outcomes, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will perform data analysis and quality measures, extract and manipulate data for trend calculations, and present findings to leadership in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships to improve patient outcomes through active participation in workgroups
• Extract, analyze, and validate data to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of analytics while preparing and presenting statistical results
• Identify opportunities for increasing business efficiency by developing methods for automating data collection and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in data management or analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with relational databases
• Knowledge of basic statistics and data presentation techniques
• Skills in creating benchmarking analyses and identifying process improvement opportunities
