Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support the growth and product evolution at Figure, the full-time remote Senior Data Analyst will design data models, optimize the loan application funnel, and elevate analytics capabilities, directly influencing customer acquisition and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data models to create structured datasets from fragmented marketing and application data
- Build frameworks to monitor the loan application funnel, identifying friction points and opportunities for improved conversion
- Develop high-performance SQL queries and intuitive Tableau dashboards to track key performance indicators in real-time
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Analytics, or Marketing Science
- Deep proficiency in SQL, particularly with BigQuery, for complex data manipulation
- Proven ability to design structured datasets and maintain data integrity
- Expertise in creating dashboards with Tableau to visualize performance metrics
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and their application in business contexts
