Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support the expansion into new financial products, the remote Senior Data Analyst II will shape analytics strategies, drive data-informed decisions, and partner with senior leaders across various departments to build analytical foundations for product evaluation and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytics for new product lines, from opportunity sizing to post-launch performance
- Develop scalable reporting frameworks and analytical infrastructure in collaboration with Product, Risk, and Finance leaders
- Analyze customer behavior and product performance to inform strategic investment decisions and product direction
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence
- Deep SQL expertise and advanced experience with dbt and data modeling
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI platforms for developing reporting solutions
- Experience in fintech or financial services analytics, with an understanding of customer credit and repayment behavior
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex analytical initiatives and influence strategic decisions through evidence-based recommendations
