Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will perform complex data analyses, develop data structures and pipelines, and create insightful reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using business intelligence applications
- Perform strategic reviews of structured and unstructured data related to global real estate markets
- Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, cleanse, and standardize information for reporting needs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve moderately complex problems
- Experience with programming and evaluation tools for data modeling and insights extraction
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
