Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and technically proficient, the remote Senior Data Analyst will focus on the bronze layer of the Medallion Architecture, ensuring proper mapping, ingestion, and normalization of raw data from diverse sources for data engineering and analytics teams.
Key responsibilities
- Document data mapping and ingestion logic for raw data into the Bronze layer of the data lake
- Establish and monitor data quality checks to identify anomalies and ensure data integrity
- Troubleshoot ingestion issues and implement effective solutions while fostering a culture of operational excellence
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data manipulation in raw formats
- Experience working with complex healthcare data strongly preferred
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT methodologies and data modeling concepts
