Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives within health plans, the remote Senior Data Analyst will manage analytics projects, analyze complex healthcare datasets, and build reporting infrastructures using tools like Power BI while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, integrate, and analyze healthcare and operational datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
- Manage end-to-end analytics projects, defining success metrics and executing independent initiatives
- Develop and enhance reporting infrastructure to monitor key performance indicators and operational trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Four years of data analysis experience, preferably in managed care or healthcare environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence platforms like Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with healthcare data warehouses and analytics platforms, such as Arcadia
- Certification in healthcare analytics, data analytics, or a related field preferred
