Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Storefront team in a full-time capacity, this role will manage end-to-end analytics for cart, checkout, and post-purchase processes, utilizing Python and SQL to drive statistical modeling and experimentation in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own analytics and data science support for cart, checkout, and post-purchase, from problem framing to statistical modeling
• Design and execute experiments, including A/B tests and causal inference methods, to optimize customer experience
• Communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams, translating complex analytical findings into actionable plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analysis, preferably in e-commerce or consumer-facing products
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in writing and debugging code
• Strong background in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference methods
• Experience with BI/visualization tools and building self-serve dashboards for stakeholders
