Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support clinical teams and business stakeholders, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will guide large scope projects by gathering requirements, developing metrics, and ensuring data validity while working onsite in Philadelphia, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project coordination and completion, including defining tasks, setting deadlines, and overcoming obstacles
- Develop innovative data solutions such as dashboards and reports to measure processes and outcomes
- Train and mentor team members while communicating findings effectively to enhance analytic capabilities within the organization
Required qualifications
- At least five (5) years of experience in analytics or business intelligence
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and SQL
- Experience with relational database structures and project management
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
