Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
Transforming complex data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will develop and maintain reports using SQL and Snowflake, create Power BI paginated reports, and build AI-driven tools for self-service reporting solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports, standardize datasets, and evaluate existing reports to ensure alignment with business needs
- Empower users by transitioning reports to self-service formats and developing AI tools for easy data access
- Gather reporting requirements from business teams and deliver insights while managing data integrity across systems
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree in data science, Business Analytics, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the financial or insurance industry
- Proficient in SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Power Query
- Experience with self-service reporting and AI tools
- Understanding of insurance policy administration platforms preferred
