Supporting a real-time analytics agenda focused on automation and operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will uncover insights, design reports, and improve workforce management efficiency while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Uncover valuable insights and tell compelling data stories to influence decisions
- Design reports and automation workflows to enhance real-time scheduling and call center data analysis
- Mentor team members and leverage new tools and methodologies for high-impact projects
Required qualifications
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with three years of experience
- Proficiency in programming and query tools such as Python, SQL, R, or SAS
- Experience applying statistical analysis and forecast modeling
- Familiarity with automation environments like Prefect or SAS Scheduler
- Experience working with APIs
