Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will manage financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while developing scalable automated solutions using SQL and other reporting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product, treasury, finance, and accounting teams to design data requirements and reporting layers that meet regulatory obligations
• Build frameworks and systems to identify and address financial discrepancies, ensuring transparency in financial operations
• Utilize SQL and programming languages to create automated solutions for data manipulation and analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative major such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., R or Python)
• Experience in bank reporting or financial services
• Strong collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams on reporting requirements
