Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
As a key analytical partner to the Customer Success organization, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will work remotely to analyze customer journeys, drive insights on adoption and retention, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to identify growth levers and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Growth teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Define measurement standards for digital success programs and contribute to data foundations for AI capabilities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of analytics experience in complex B2B SaaS environments, with a focus on product-led strategies
- Strong expertise in customer lifecycle metrics, including activation, retention, and growth modeling
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale analytical datasets
- Hands-on experience with AI/BI tools and familiarity with cloud data ecosystems like Snowflake and Databricks
- Experience with experimentation techniques such as A/B testing and statistical modeling in a business context
