Job Summary
Performing advanced analytics and reporting related to clinical and financial data, the full-time remote Mid Revenue Cycle Senior Data Analyst will support departmental initiatives, assist in training new team members, and drive process improvements through data utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct complex analytics to support new initiatives as directed by department leadership
- Utilize data analysis results for continuous process improvement and performance management
- Assist in training and onboarding of new Mid Revenue Data Analyst team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a business-related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Four years of experience in clinical coding, charge capture, or related support roles
- Experience with hospital business operations, information systems, and data analytics
- Clear understanding of revenue cycle applications and coding systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel and Access
