Job Summary
Partnering with business teams to turn data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will develop metrics, create dashboards, and conduct analyses to guide operational and strategic decisions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and refine performance metrics in collaboration with business teams
- Develop and maintain self-serve dashboards in Hex for non-technical teams
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover trends and provide data-backed recommendations
Required qualifications:
- At least five years of analytics experience with a proven track record in dashboard development
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with diverse data sources
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Hex, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Enthusiasm for AI and experience using automation to enhance efficiency
