Job Summary
To support the Lifecycle Marketing team, the remote Senior Data Analyst will lead high-impact analytics projects, deliver actionable insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance member engagement and retention strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects that inform business and product strategies
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights to influence decision-making across the organization
- Collaborate with the Retention Marketing team to evaluate customer journey touchpoints and monitor lifecycle KPIs
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics with a proven track record of business impact
- MBA with a focus in analytics, strategy, or a related quantitative field
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Domo, Looker, or Tableau
- Experience using DBT and Python for data manipulation and processing
- Strong foundation in statistics and experience with A/B testing methodologies
