Job Summary
To support Medical Group Operations, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will leverage Epic's analytics ecosystem and other data sources to develop insights, create reports and visualizations, and partner with stakeholders to advance organizational priorities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop reports and visualizations using Radar and Power BI to support ambulatory operations and clinical performance
- Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver actionable insights for operational and executive leaders
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of analytic solutions across various data sets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in data analysis or related certifications in healthcare analytics
- Experience in mining and manipulating data from enterprise warehouse systems
- Proficiency in extract, transform, and load (ETL) data integration processes
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and intermediate skills in SQL
- Experience with data visualization applications
