Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Digital Data Services team, the remote Senior Data & Business Intelligence Analyst will partner with stakeholders to turn enterprise data into actionable insights, develop and maintain Power BI products, and enhance data quality and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify business questions and translate needs into practical analytics solutions
• Design, develop, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports while ensuring data accuracy and usability
• Build and maintain reporting datasets and dimensional models, adhering to data governance and integration best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards, including proficiency in DAX and Power Query
• Working proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and reporting, preferably in a Microsoft SQL Server environment
• Understanding of relational data, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts
