Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing product suite, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will drive insights to optimize paid channels, user journey, activation, retention, and churn reduction while working remotely with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ad network analysis and provide proactive insights on campaign performance and optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain experiments, including A/B tests and feature flagging, to validate hypotheses and measure impact
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to enhance tracking, instrumentation, and data quality
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a SaaS or high-growth tech company
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
- Experience with experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and multivariate testing
- Familiarity with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Segment
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
