Senior Data Analyst, Compliance

Job Summary

To elevate decision-making through data-driven insights, the full-time Senior Data Analyst, Compliance will manage end-to-end data processes, develop detection logic for transaction monitoring, and collaborate with the Compliance team remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the logic and rule-setting for transaction monitoring, partnering with Compliance to refine detection logic
• Develop and maintain Python and SQL pipelines for transaction data preparation and detection workflows
• Design evaluations on historical data to assess detection rules and analytical models

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, and data management within fintech or financial services
• Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience in building production data systems
• Hands-on experience using dbt or similar tools for data modeling and organization
• Solid statistical foundation with exposure to machine learning
• A degree in analytics, software engineering, statistics, or economics
